Eating healthy is difficult and expensive. It takes time to prepare and it is expensive to consume. Sometimes it I just easier to drink an energy drink or eat fast foods but you feel so much better when you make better choices.
This smoothie is a quick and easy way to get all your fruits and veggies for the day while satisfying your hunger and sweet tooth. Makes 2 16 ounce servings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
*Use frozen veggies and pre-packaged kale to make the prep quicker.
